WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?
In the event you need to postpone or cancel your date, it must be communicated via signed letter. All monies paid are non-refundable
including deposits. Deposits from cancelled engagements may be applied to future dates, up to 18 months from the original contracted date.
You may also apply your deposit to any available date with Flash Jam Entertainment, our sister company.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
The required deposit is $250.00 for each package, excluding Carmen's World Premiere which requires a $325.00 (includes $75.00 for the
Monogram Gobo) deposit. Due to the demand of limited dates we accommodate, paid deposits are non-refundable.
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE YOU AT ANOTHER WEDDING?
Several publications and websites suggest that you see your entertainer(s) in action at another wedding. Many times this is difficult to arrange,
because most brides (and especially their parents) would not dare allow spectators or "crashers" at their wedding. Even with the suggestions of
being discreet in the back or near an exit, the reality is someone is going to notice "strangers" lurking around observing the event. We cannot
endorse this action upon someone else's special day. (Click to read our blog on this subject)
HOW MANY WEDDINGS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE EACH DAY WITH DJ ENTERTAINMENT?
Not more than 3 per day. Our service demands that we dedicate 100% of our resources to each of our weddings. We can only do this
successfully by placing a cap on the number we agree to perform. Many of our competitors will overbook and subsequently "farm" out events to
other companies and non-professionals.
CAN YOU PROVIDE MUSIC FOR MY CEREMONY?
Yes, we have a Ceremony Package that includes a Lapel Microphone for your Officiant, wireless mic(s) for readers or singers, and a discreet
sound system that will not appear in your wedding photos.
WILL YOU PLAY OFF A LIST OF SONGS WE PROVIDE?
You are able to select "Must Play" and "Do Not Play" song selections that we will 100% abide to during your reception. However, playing from a
rigid list of songs that you provide removes all creative and instinctive abilities from the DJ--who is the professional. American Bride
Entertainment cannot jeopardize its business reputation performing with such a risk. We required a signed waiver from all clients imposing rigid
song or play list that restricts the instincts or judgement of the DJ.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, and electronic checks on our secured site. Financing is also
available through special arrangement with PayPal.
ARE YOU INSURED?
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
We are celebrating 22 years in the business in 2015. The American Bride brand concept has been in effect for 10 years, the other 10 years we
operated as New World Entertainment.
HOW MANY DJ'S DO YOU HAVE?
We currently have 4 Wedding DJs on our staff and do not book any more than 3 on a particular date.
A RELATIVE/FRIEND HAS OFFERED TO DJ MY WEDDING, IS THIS A GOOD IDEA?
Never. American Bride Entertainment is a 365 days a year operation with full liability insurance and backup equipment readily available. The
relationships we have with banquet facilities, photographers, and even other entertainment services, provide us with resources that would be
unmatched by any part-time individual.
